Clear scope. Clear price. No surprises.

Many AI projects are quoted by the hour and grow as they go. We scope each project to a defined deliverable, so you know the investment, the timeline and what you will receive before work starts.

Choose a build

Three ways to build with us

Every engagement ends in a production system, not a demo. Pick the shape that fits your problem and we will confirm the details after a discovery call.

Focused build

Focused build

One clear use case, one system, fast time to value.

  • Single AI system: a chatbot, an automation or a data pipeline
  • 1 to 2 system integrations through APIs
  • About 3 months from kickoff to production
  • Weekly demos while we build
  • Documentation and team training

Enterprise build

Enterprise build

Multi-system AI with security and scale built in.

  • A custom language-model app, agent system or decision-intelligence layer
  • 3 to 5 system integrations (CRM, ERP, internal tools)
  • About 3 months to the first production release
  • Security and privacy requirements (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS where they apply) scoped from the start
  • Documentation and team training

Phased transformation

Phased transformation

Several use cases, rolled out three months at a time.

  • Phase 1 (months 1 to 3): automate your top pain point and measure the result
  • Phase 2 (months 4 to 6): scale to further use cases
  • Phase 3 (months 7 to 9): full deployment across the business
  • Stop after any phase if the numbers do not hold up
  • Weekly demos in every phase

Ranges and terms are confirmed for a defined scope after your discovery call.

Why a defined scope

Open-ended billing protects the supplier. A defined scope protects you.

When a project is billed by the hour, the supplier has little reason to finish quickly and you carry the risk of scope creep. We agree the scope and the price up front, and these four factors decide the price.

Systems to integrate

How many tools we connect to: a single CRM, or five platforms including an older database.

Data volume and complexity

How scattered or messy your data is, and how much preparation it needs before AI can use it.

Security and compliance

Which requirements apply, such as GDPR, HIPAA or PCI-DSS, and what they mean for design.

Training and support

How much training your team needs and what level of support you want after launch.

How it works

How we get to your price

One scope, one timeline, one price, agreed before the build starts.

  1. Step 1

    Discovery call

We learn your challenge, systems and constraints. A conversation, not a sales pitch.

  2. Step 2

    Scoping

We map the work to the effort it really needs, not to a sales target.

  3. Step 3

    Written proposal

You receive a clear scope, timeline, price and the success measures we will track.

  4. Step 4

    Sign and build

Scope and price are agreed, and we build to the plan with weekly demos.

FAQ

Frequently asked questions

What's the investment range for a typical project?

It depends on the size of the problem. The main factors are the number of systems to connect, data volume and complexity, security and compliance requirements, and training and support needs. We cannot responsibly quote a number without understanding your scope, so we give you a ballpark on the discovery call and a written price in your proposal.

Why an agreed scope and price instead of hourly billing?

Billing by the hour gives little reason to move quickly and leaves you exposed to scope creep. With an agreed scope and price you know the investment before work starts, and the focus is on delivering the result.

What if our project needs more than 3 months?

We split it into phases of about three months. Instead of one long AI transformation: months 1 to 3, automate your top pain point and measure the result; months 4 to 6, scale to the next use cases; months 7 to 9, deploy across the business. You see value at the end of every phase and can stop after any of them.

What's included in the price after launch?

Every project includes documentation and team training so your team can run the system. Post-launch support, and any ongoing monitoring or new features, are agreed in your proposal so you can choose the level that suits you.

What happens if scope changes after we sign?

The price covers the scope written in your proposal. If something new comes up, such as another system to integrate, a new data source or a requirement we did not know about, we flag it, explain the effect on timeline and price, and agree the change with you before going ahead.

Do you require a deposit or milestone payments?

The payment schedule is confirmed during scoping and written into your proposal before you sign anything, so there are no surprises.

How do compliance requirements affect cost?

Security and privacy requirements are planned from the start, which is usually more efficient than retrofitting them later. For regulated sectors such as finance and healthcare we factor requirements like GDPR, HIPAA or PCI-DSS into scoping, so they are reflected in your price.

Can clients in the UK, US and elsewhere pay in their own currency?

Currency and payment terms are confirmed during scoping and written into your proposal.

Can we start with something smaller than a full build?

The Focused build is the smallest engagement that delivers a production system rather than a demo. If you want to test the idea first, start with a discovery call and our AI readiness checklist. With a Phased transformation you can commit to phase one only and decide on the rest once you have seen the results.

What actually counts as "complexity" when you scope a project?

The four factors above, applied to your situation: how many systems we connect to, how scattered or messy your data is, which compliance requirements apply, and how much training and support you need.

How is the discovery call different from a paid engagement?

The discovery call is exploratory and without obligation: we learn your challenge and give you a ballpark timeline and the main factors that affect cost. A paid engagement starts only after you have a written proposal and agree to it.
